Manachanallur Ponni Rice

Our Ponni rice is processed using clean, hybrid sun-drying methods at certified local partner mills in Manachanallur. It passes strict FSSAI quality standards, ensuring zero moisture, pristine cleanliness, and uniform grain sizes before packaging.

1. Wash the rice gently 2-3 times in fresh water.
2. Soak the rice for 20-30 minutes prior to cooking for optimal length.
3. Recommended rice-to-water ratio is 1 : 2.5.
4. Cook for 3 whistles in a pressure cooker or steam boil in an open pot until fluffy.
