Sourced directly from verified local paddy farmers around the Cauvery delta, this ADT 36 variety undergoes state-of-the-art steam milling and multi-stage sorting, removing all impurities and broken grains under hygienic FSSAI protocols.

1. Wash the rice twice in cool water to remove excess surface starch.
2. Soaking for 15 minutes before cooking is recommended but optional.
3. Standard rice-to-water cooking ratio is 1 : 2.25.
