Yes. All rice varieties supplied by Shree Traders are 100% FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) certified. We follow strict food safety standards at every stage — from sourcing and storage to packaging and delivery. We can provide our FSSAI certificate upon request.

Ponni rice is a medium-grain variety ideal for everyday South Indian meals like rice with sambar, rasam, and curries. It offers light, fluffy grains with consistent expansion. Kichadi rice (also called Kichadi Ponni) is a slender, super-fine grain variety with a richer fragrance and softer texture, making it the preferred choice for upscale restaurants, weddings, and gourmet dining events.

Our rice is naturally sun-dried and sourced from traditional Cauvery basin farms using minimal processing. While we currently do not carry a formal organic certification, our direct farmer relationships ensure clean, naturally grown paddy with no artificial additives. Our minimum order is 10 bags (250 kg) for first-time buyers. For regular monthly supply contracts, we work with whatever quantity your kitchen requires. There is no strict minimum for established clients — simply WhatsApp us your monthly requirement and we will arrange a suitable supply schedule.

We accept bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI payments (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and cash on delivery for established clients in Trichy and nearby areas. For new clients, advance payment is required for the first order. We will discuss terms with you directly.

For locations within Trichy district and nearby areas, delivery typically takes 1–2 business days. For other districts across Tamil Nadu, delivery takes 2–4 business days depending on the location and quantity. We will confirm the exact delivery timeline when you place your order.

We offer doorstep delivery for bulk orders across Tamil Nadu. Delivery charges, if any, depend on your location and order quantity. For orders above a certain volume, we offer free delivery within specified areas. Large institutional orders are delivered directly to your premises.
